IV. Application Review Period
Applications submitted to Nevzat Atalay ŞAHİNTÜRK via the methods specified above will be responded to within 30 (thirty) days from the date they are received by Nevzat Atalay ŞAHİNTÜRK . For applications sent by mail, the date the document is served to the data controller or their representative shall be considered the application date; for applications submitted via other methods, the date the application reaches the data controller shall be considered the application date.
V. Method of Sending the Response to the Application
Our response to the request will be sent in the manner you have indicated in the document titled “Declaration of the Requestor,” attached to this request form.
